1. Scope and release status
This policy covers the CB Worlds Android game. CB Worlds contains 1,000 physics puzzle levels and is created with the Chaos Builder creator application.
CB Worlds is not publicly released. Google Play developer identity verification is pending, and live advertising has not been activated. Development builds currently use Google-provided sample advertising identifiers.
2. Information stored on the device
CB Worlds stores the following game information locally on the Android device:
- level progress and scores;
- power and recharge timers;
- session-continuation state; and
- hint availability and use.
No CB Worlds game account is required. The developer does not operate a game-account database for this information. Local game information normally remains until the app’s data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android device and backup behaviour.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
Players may choose to view rewarded advertisements to receive a power refill, continue a session or obtain an illustrated hint. Rewarded ads are optional game features.
The Android app integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). UMP is used to request and display applicable privacy messages and choices. Advertising and consent components communicate with Google services.
Current development settings request child-directed treatment, a G-rated maximum ad-content rating and non-personalised ads. These settings do not mean that no data is processed, and they are not a claim of Google Play approval or final Families Policy compliance.
4. Data Google services may process
According to Google’s current Android Mobile Ads SDK disclosure, the SDK may automatically collect and share information for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes, including:
- the device IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- product interactions such as app launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- device or account identifiers, which can include the Android advertising ID, app set ID and other applicable identifiers.
Actual processing depends on the release SDK versions, device, region, user choices and advertising configuration. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. Google controls its own service processing and retention.
Further information is available in Google’s Mobile Ads SDK data-disclosure guidance, UMP documentation and Privacy Policy.
5. Children and mixed audiences
CB Worlds is intended for children and older players. Before public release, the developer must complete the target-audience declarations, determine and implement appropriate mixed-audience age screening, and verify that advertising SDK versions, rewarded-ad presentation and all ad formats satisfy the applicable Google Play Families requirements.
Those release requirements are still being resolved. This policy does not claim that CB Worlds has been approved by Google Play or that final Families compliance is complete.
6. Developer website and support
This developer website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts or marketing cookies. Normal hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
If you email support, your email provider and the developer’s email provider process your address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal information.
7. Choices and deletion
- You can choose whether to start an optional rewarded ad.
- Where required and available, Google UMP presents privacy choices or a privacy-options entry point.
- You can clear CB Worlds storage or uninstall the game to remove its locally stored game information, subject to Android backup behaviour.
- Android provides controls for the advertising ID and other privacy settings.
8. Release review and policy changes
The advertising disclosures must be checked again against the exact Google Mobile Ads and UMP SDK versions used by the release candidate. This policy may be updated when the advertising configuration, age-screening design, game features or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
